Returns & Refunds

At Puleath, we take pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that each product meets the highest quality standards. However, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Any return request submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include all necessary documentation (see details below).

Return Process & Requirements

To process any return, refund, or replacement request, we require a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video. This video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the defect or damage present upon opening. Without this footage, we will not be able to process your claim.

Once the return is approved and confirmed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify’s refund system.

📌 Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
  • If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees of the replacement item.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

❌ Personal preference or a change of decision.
❌ Personal preference regarding color, texture, or style
❌ Natural leather characteristics such as wrinkles, minor scratches, or variations in color tone

Warranty Policy

At Puleath, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Natural aging effects such as patina development, minor scratches, or leather stretching

We reserve the right to inspect and verify any warranty claim before approving a replacement. If a defect is confirmed, we will either repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
